PLEASE NOTE: Although transportation is free again this year, campers MUST be signed up for transportation by no later than two weeks prior to the start of a camp session if they are to take the bus. We need numbers in order to assure that we have adequate vehicles available.
Be sure to indicate on your registration form if you expect your camper/s to be using CBC transportation and which bus stop or stops they will be using so that we can plan for adequate bus coverage.
Please note that we may need to make changes to the bus schedules; although we will do our best to contact you if there is a change which affects your camper, we recommend that you double check the schedule just prior to your child's camp session.
Rider Policies – Transportation is a privilege; please be sure to inform your children that if they do not follow the basic bus and van rules, the driver has the right to immediately take the privilege away. Summer traffic tends to be extremely unpredictable. Please have children at the bus or van stop 10 minutes ahead of schedule and be aware that the bus driver cannot be responsible for campers who are not met at the stop.
Bus Rules:
- Be respectful of other campers and the driver
- Stay seated while the vehicle is moving
Keep voices down- No open food or drink in the vehicle
- Keep hands inside the window
- Do not throw anything out the window
- Keep your hands to yourself
- Keep bags and personal items out of the aisle
- No inappropriate language
We will enforce these rules to be sure all children have a safe and comfortable ride.
