Camp Beech Cliff - Mt. Desert, Maine

Click here to view current session availability .  This list changes daily.  Waitlists are always fluid so we encourage insterested families to register even though the session they want may be waitlisted.  We will always return deposits paid for a waitlist spot if the space does not materialize.

In 2013 nearly all of our camper families went online to register their campers for CBC, so this year we have elected to save a few hundred trees and have not included a paper registration form in our brochure.  We hope that families will find our online registration system convenient, but if you would like to receive a paper registration form, please give us a call so we can get one out to you.

Likewise, everyone’s least favorite part of the camp registration process, the camper Health History Form has moved to our online platform.  From the same registration site, families will be able to complete and submit the form online for each child. The health information will be retained from year to year so you will only have to check it for updates in 2015 and beyond.

This year’s roster of specialty camps has already been posted online, click here to see what adventures are potentially in store for your camper… Dog sledding anyone… Training for the big top… check it out!

Camp Beech Cliff’s summer day camp is all about making new friends, learning new skills, and getting active outdoors every day. Traditional camp activities (swimming, boating, archery, arts and crafts) are combined with adventures found only on MDI.

“A good day at Camp Beech Cliff is when my kid comes home tired, dirty, hungry and happy.” — camper parent

In the spring, we welcome back many of our familiar, talented camp counselors and always add in a few new and wonderful ones. Although it is staff that is the heart and soul of any camp, the opening of our new, first-class camp facility in June of 2012 was an enormous part of making that the best summer in camp history.
